Katherine Gallagher received her Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Printmaking from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor at Gulf Coast State College in the Visual and Performing Arts Department. She has previously taught at the University of Tennessee and participated in a teaching workshop at the Kansas City Art Institute. She completed an artist residency in Poznan, Poland with the Academy of Fine Arts, Poznan. In addition to her instructor duties, Katherine is a working printmaker, specializing in lithography and silkscreen. Her works have been on display at the FluxSpace Gallery in Philadelphia, PA, The Firehouse Gallery, Augusta, GA, The Mahan Gallery, Columbus OH, and others. She is currently teaching Understanding the Visual Arts & Printmaking at Gulf Coast State College.
